Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders within Bulgaria are shipped via Speedy courier services.
Available delivery options may include:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
Cash on Delivery
We currently offer payment via Cash on Delivery.
Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery of the order.
Failed Deliveries
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed parcel, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and recipient details during checkout.
Sleepover by smr is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
