How long does delivery take?

Orders within Bulgaria are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Which courier do you use?

All orders are shipped with Speedy courier services.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we currently offer payment via Cash on Delivery (Наложен платеж).

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it, as long as the items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

How do I request a return?

How are refunds processed?

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer after the returned item has been received and approved.

Can I exchange a product or size?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size or product, please place a new order after returning the original item.

Are the colors exactly the same as in the photos?
