At Sleepover by smr, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unworn and unused

have all original tags attached
-
be in their original packaging

show no signs of use, washing, perfume, makeup, or damage

Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at: info@sleepoverbysmr.com
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

sale or discounted items

gift cards
-
items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide a valid bank account (IBAN) in the return request email.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
